Elections: Can't hold them because not enough members present. NEED MORE ATTENDANCE FOR NEXT MEETING.
Science Fair: April 10, Sawyer Elementary. Set up starting at 6:30. If you want to help, email Brandon
VEISHEA: We will have a booth in cy's big top on Saturday April 12. a sign up was passed around for helping at the booth. If you were not there but want to help, email Jon Hobbs . We need to man the booth from 8 am until around 5:30 pm. We will be playing twister for a game for kids. Andy Kula from the National Weather Service may be there to hand out information.
WISE presentation: Jenny Bodem and Shanna Teal gave a presentation to high school girls Thursday April 4th.
Intramurals: Broomball- There is a team. Schedule will be emailed to members.
Picnic: End of year picnic April 27th at Brookside Park. More info at next meeting.
Shirts: PICK THEM UP!! We need the money from them to go into our account.
Brochure: Faculty discussion to pay for them. Will know more later.
Banner: Changed the design, will be printed soon.
Graduation Reception: For graduating seniors, May 10th, common area second floor of Agronomy Hall. Time probably around 10:00 am. Department will be paying for this. All students welcome.
Finances: Account currently $677.55-$300 more from shirts that haven't been picked up.
Votes: Gas for spring break trip~E$200. Passed 39 to 6
Weather Instruments~E$133. Passed 45 to 1
