I would like to become a top researcher working for a weather modification company.
To accomplish this goal, I will have to do a few things. I will first have to complete my education at Iowa State University. I will need to achieve grades so I can be an outstanding student. I would like to get a job or an intership at Weather Modification, Inc. or a similar company. Currently I am working to complete this step. I have send a letter to Weather Modification, Inc. to see if I would be allowed to go there possibly during the summer. This will give me a great start to eventually reaching my goal.
My strengths that will help me accomplish my goal are: I am punctial and I work hard. I have leadership qualities and I work well in groups. I show that I can be a leader when I organize large events or by taking important positions in societies. I also have a mind set to not give up, no matter what, so that I can accomplish anything.
I have not yet acquired all the knowledge that I will need to become a great meteorologist as to that fact, people seem to underestimate me. Another barrier is that I have not gotten a lot of experience with weather modification.
I want to learn new things about meteorology everyday. I will also participate in many activities to show people that I have the ability to succeed. I will work harder until I can get a great job.
