Skills and Qualifications
Experience modeling hydrological events with HEC-HMS and SAC-SMA models. Highly proficient with Microsoft Windows XP and many productivity computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, and Macromedia Fireworks. Maintain radar and other meteorological data analysis skills on a continual basis by keeping up with current weather events. Have skills in several different programminglanguages.
