Progress on Limiting Greenhouse Gases by Developing Nations

The US and Australia reject current international attempts to regulate greenhouse gas emissions because developing countries are exempt from these targets. However, in a report recently issued by the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, several developing countries are cited for effective efforts to limit growth in production of greenhouse gases.
