Class Description

Severe and Hazardous Weather. Cr. 1 (Natural Science Elective): Understanding of atmospheric processes that play a role in creating severe and hazardous weather. Focus on thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, blizzards, ice storms, and temperature extremes. Impacts on lives and property. Second half of fall semester course.
